The Services allow you to create, access, edit, and share interactive educational content and use other features USolver makes available. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
You must provide accurate account information and have permission to use the USolver account and content you access or connect. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and promptly notify USolver if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. When connecting a third-party application, review the permissions you grant and request only actions you are authorized to perform. Available features and actions may depend on your device, account permissions, and the part of the Services you use.
You retain your rights in content you provide through the Services. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, create, use, edit, and share that content. You authorize USolver to access, process, store, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to operate the Services and carry out your requests. This authorization does not transfer ownership of your content.
Do not use the Services for unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, unauthorized access, distribution of malicious code, interference with the operation or security of the Services, or attempts to bypass access controls or usage limits. Do not submit personal or confidential information unless you have authority to do so and its use is appropriate for the Services.
When you use AI features or connect an AI application, generated content may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable material. Review factual accuracy, educational suitability, accessibility, and rights to any included materials before using or sharing results. AI features and integration tools may create or modify saved documents and other content in your account. Check the requested action and verify the saved result.
The Services may link to, display content from, or connect with third-party websites, applications, and services. Your use of ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and other third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Connecting a third-party service to USolver does not replace those agreements or imply endorsement by USolver or the third-party provider. Information included in your requests and results may be processed by the third-party service you use.
Our Privacy Notice describes USolver's handling of personal information across the Services. If you connect or use a third-party application, review that provider's privacy information before connecting your account or submitting content.
The availability and operation of the Services may depend on your device, internet connection, account permissions, USolver systems, and connected third-party services. USolver may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of the Services. These terms do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, preservation of all content, or error-free AI output, and do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
